Among the many leaders we welcomed were Félix Tshisekedi, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda. Their presence - and their words - sent a strong message of hope that dialogue and cooperation are the way forward. To translate that hope into action, we moved from the plenary hall to a smaller meeting room number 311.
