I have just attended a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing on behalf of the Prime Minister. Europe supports the peace negotiations. The basis of any agreement must be strong security guarantees for Ukraine so that Russia never dares to attack again. It is now up to Russia to show genuine willingness to negotiate.
