From NATO to the OSCE: I am currently attending the OSCE Ministerial. I came here with a clear task – to keep Ukraine high on the agenda of this regional security organisation, which Russia has been trying to paralyse for almost four years while ignoring its commitments. Russia has repeatedly shown that it does not want an international system in which states are equal. It does not want to reach agreements – it wants to dictate.
