Russia’s escalating domestic fuel crisis has now reached the Kaliningrad region, threatening the local agricultural sector just as the harvest season intensifies. Local officials and farmers reportedly warn that current fuel reserves will last only a few more days, adding Kaliningrad to the growing list of more than 50 Russian regions affected by fuel rationing and shortages. Even Russia’s own food production is beginning to feel the consequences of the war.
